Hello, from my beautiful home town of Lake Havasu City! I am actually a native, I was born here in the 80’s when the population was around 8,000 and homes sold for approximately $40,000, lots were $3,000 and occasionally you could see a wild burrow crossing McCulloch Blvd. I remember when the island was known as “the airport” and the only up-scale restaurant was Taco Hacienda on Acoma Blvd. My history of Lake Havasu City is an excellent resource for you.
I am now raising my two beautiful daughters here, who are both attending the Lake Havasu City school system, and involved in many extra-curricular activities.
My purpose is to assist you in the purchase of property here so that you can become part of this great community.
